Slow Bakes & Big Hearts
We started in a tiny kitchen with one oven and a mountain of flour. Today, not much has changed—we still measure everything by hand and let our sourdough rise for 18 hours.

We source our berries from Sam's Farm down the road and our butter from a local creamery. It's simple, it's slow, and it's how baking should be.

helpHow do preorders work?
Preorders open Sunday at 8 AM and end Wednesday at 8 PM. Drops are at 10 AM on Saturday!

Yes! We always include at least one gluten-free option in our weekly drops. Check the menu for the 'GF' designated treats.
